LOUISE DÉSILES
Founder & Administrator
Montessori Establishment's Administrator certified by the Association Montessori Internationale, she is a emchatronics engineer. After ten years working in various industrial fields, today, she puts her skills as a project manager at the service of a project that reflects her values, inspired by her parenthood.

MARION FOURMY
French speaking 3-6 Educator
& Pedagogical director
Montessori educator 3-6 years old, graduated in 2016 from the Institut Supérieur Maria Montessori de Nogent-sur-Marne, and certified by the Association Montessori Internationale, Marion has enriched her experience within two Montessori schools, where she held the positions educator and pedagogical director.
Several years of activity leadership and youth center management have allowed her to observe the child in a fulfilling framework of creativity and exchanges.
Today she is happy to join the school and the values of Montessori En Ville.
She will guide children in confidence and self-esteem with her joy and her natural sweetness.
LIGIA LIMA DA SILVA
English speaking 3-6 Assistant
It is with a degree in Literature and experience in teaching Portuguese and English that Ligia moved in Nantes and started home childcare in English.
She arrived at Montessori En Ville in 2023 to teach English to the Elementary. Quickly adopted by the children, she then came to complete our team for the afterschool. Little by little she discovered that the Montessori pedagogy was made for her.
She decided to train as a Montessori assistant for the Children's House with the Montessori Institute Prague, certified by the Association Montessori Internationale, and join the team full-time for the 2024-2025 school year, with 3-6 year olds.
She only speaks to the children in English and thus forms a duo with Marion on the model "1 person = 1 language", in order to bring bilingualism in the most Montessori way possible!
Both sensitive and dynamic, Ligia is committed to supporting children in their emotions.
ELISE CHABERT
French speaking 6-12 Educator
After a degree in cinema and a career in animated cinema and daycare animation, Elise began teaching in 2022. Already interested in alternative pedagogies, she decided to dive into Montessori pedagogy by training for Children's House with the AIRAM Montessori, partner of the Institut Supérieur Maria Montessori.
Arrived as an Elementary Assistant at Montessori En Ville, she decided to also train in the 6-12 year cycle with Nascita training center in Angers.
She shares with the children her dynamism, her love of art and outdoor activities.
SARA SANTOS
English speaking 6-12 Educator
Sara is a teacher by training. After her Master's degree at the Universidade do Minho (Portugal), she turned to Montessori pedagogy by training with the Association Montessori Internationale as an educator for 0-3 and 3-6 year olds, but also an assistant. for 6-12 year olds. Passionate about child development, she joins our pedagogical team as an English-speaking 3-6 assistant. Her thirst for learning and her relationship with the elementary school children led her to choose to take a new Master's degree at the University of Girona to become an Elementary Educator, certified by the Association Montessori Internationale,.
She will only speak to children in English and will thus form a pair with Marion on the model "1 person = 1 language", in order to bring bilingualism in the most Montessorian way possible!Her serenity and ability to listen will be valuable assets to support children in their learning and lead them to communicate in English, little by little, in an atmosphere of trust.
